Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests on arrival and assist with service bookings and enquiries
* Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
* Support the service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guests
* Manage the service reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Current driver's licence
