Job Title: Operations Manager
Description of the Job
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a retail destination. You will be required to lead a team and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
Responsibilities
* Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyse financial reports, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team to achieve centre goals and objectives.
* Retailer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure high standards are met.
* Duty Management: Participate in duty management on a rotating weekend roster.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
