Operations Enablement Manager
Lead and expand an internal program that strengthens education, empowerment, and professional development for all employees within the Supply Chain Centre
Key Responsibilities
* Own end‐to‐end training and enablement strategy across Supply Chain and Customer Service Centre.
* Identify capability gaps and deliver targeted technical and leadership pathways
* Lead and evolve the SEED Program (Supporting, Educating, Empowering, Developing)
* Drive adoption of modern digital learning tools and LMS platforms
* Manage and coach a small team of Enablement Specialists
* Partner with senior leaders, HR and Talent to embed a strong learning culture
* Track effectiveness through dashboards, KPIs and reporting
About you
* Proven experience leading training and capability programs in complex or multi‐site environments
* Strong background in coaching, mentoring and leadership development
* Experience managing training or enablement teams
* Advanced instructional design and adult learning expertise
* Confident stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or equivalent, or tertiary qualifications in HR/Education
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Training & Development, including leadership experience
