The Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, process-focused professional with a knack for organisation and a passion for making a difference.
Reporting directly to the Residential Service Manager, you'll oversee key functions such as roster coordination, human resources administration, and general office support—keeping our facility running like clockwork.
Roster Coordination – Ensuring roster alignment to the master roster.
Assistance with Payroll and Time Sheet Submissions.
Replacement of staff on leave and liaising with HR about roster vacancies.
Supporting resident admissions, finance, and accounts management with meticulous attention to detail.
Facilitating human resource administration, roster coordination, and quality improvement activities.
Records management and document preparation.

To be successful you'll need:
A qualification or experience in business, administration, or related fields
Rostering experience in Aged Care
Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive and process-driven mindset
NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain) – Mandatory
Experience in residential aged care or similar environments is highly desirable
