About the Role
We're looking for a practical and proactive Gardener to ensure our care community remains a safe, functional, and beautiful home for our residents at Caboolture Parklands Care Community.

What You'll Do
10. Manage the upkeep of the gardens of the Care Community.
11. Work alongside the Full Time Maintenance Officer
12. Work as a key part of our team to create a safe and welcoming environment.
What You'll Need
13. Experience in a groundskeeping role.
14. A practical, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
15. Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety.
16. Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
17. Reliability and a strong work ethic.
