Reporting to the State Manager, you'll deliver major projects while growing and mentoring a high-performing team. You'll take charge of bids, drive business growth, contribute to strategic direction, all while identifying and assessing future opportunities in your sector.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee major multi-residential, commercial, hotel, and student accommodation projects across QLD
* Drive business growth, assist in securing new opportunities and expanding market presence
* Develop, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers
* Manage stakeholder relationships with institutional investors, developers, and government bodies
What You Bring
* Degree-qualified with 8+ years' experience in client-side or consultancy project management
* Proven expertise in residential, commercial, or hotel projects (new build and head contractor experience valued)
* Previous experience in a Project Director role, or extensive experience at SPM level
* A network of relevant industry figures, consultants, and contractors
