About Our Team
Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives, and munitions for defence and commercial uses.
We invest heavily in research and development, producing some of the world's most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems.
This gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise and be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry.
Your Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the following key responsibilities:
* Train staff, assess risks, investigate incidents, and ensure a safe workplace.
* Maintain product standards, address quality issues, and ensure accurate documentation.
* Monitor production metrics, resolve plant issues, and ensure smooth, efficient operations with minimal disruptions.
* Supervise operations, mentor and develop team members, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
* Reduce costs through efficient resource management.
* Ensure legal and policy compliance while enhancing processes and systems.
Your Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Knowledge in propellant manufacturing or similar processes.
* Experience in production planning and coordinating resources.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Australian citizenship.
