About Safehouse:
Safehouse by Elemera provides innovative solutions to the Resources & Energy sector. We specialise in manufacturing, installing, and inspecting electrical equipment specifically designed for use in hazardous areas. We also install positively pressurised habitats to enable hot works to take place in zoned areas without the need to disrupt live production.
About the Role
You will take ownership of equipment data, asset tracking, and maintenance coordination across the business. This is not a passive coordination role—you are responsible for ensuring asset accuracy, operational readiness, and supporting revenue through correct utilisation and invoicing.
This role suits someone who is highly detail-oriented and takes a proactive approach, with those strengths quickly becoming evident in day-to-day performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and maintain accurate equipment asset data in Inventory management software, including all movements, status changes, and lifecycle updates.
* Ensure data integrity to support invoicing, utilisation reporting, forecasting, and operational planning.
* Produce utilisation and performance reports, identifying gaps, constraints, and trends.
* Coordinate equipment preventative maintenance and repair, management of assets through to return-to-service.
* Maintain and reconcile project/site equipment registers in line with company and client requirements.
* Ensure all equipment is compliant, documented, and ready for mobilisation.
* Manage PPE inventory, issuing, tracking, and replenishment (Darwin operations).
* Support mobilisation processes, including coordinating inspections and actioning follow-ups.
* Assist across operations during peak workloads, including equipment staging, transfers, and documentation.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in asset coordination, logistics, maintenance, or operations
* High attention to detail—errors impact operations, revenue, and compliance
* Strong systems capability (MCS rental software or similar asset management systems preferred)
* Ability to manage competing priorities without losing accuracy
* Clear, direct communication across teams
* A proactive approach—identify and fix issues before they escalate
