We're seeking a passionate and skilled professional who is ready to lead, inspire, and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people.

As a Practice Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our trauma-responsive and relational care approach. * Drive cultural change: Help shape a healing environment where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
* Grow professionally: Be part of a forward-thinking team committed to learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

We're looking for emotionally intelligent leaders with a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, strong coaching and mentoring skills, and a commitment to cultural safety and inclusive practice. If you're ready to lead with purpose, build capability, and create environments where young people can heal and thrive, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.

What We Offer:

* Values-driven culture
* Generous salary sacrifice benefits
* Great professional development opportunities
* A You are Amazing Day – an extra day of paid leave to spend however you want
* A NAIDOC Day - an extra day of paid leave to attend NAIDOC celebrations
* A supportive, flexible work environment with paid parental leave and a strong focus on staff wellbeing
* Access to wholesale prices on selected products at Harvey Norman
* Access To Corporate Health Insurance and Annual Flu Vaccinations

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking highly passionate professionals who:

* Have experience supporting young people with high and complex needs using trauma-informed and therapeutic care approaches
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, young people, and external stakeholders
* Bring leadership capability with the ability to mentor, coach, and support reflective practice within a team environment
* Can manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality care environment
* Demonstrate cultural competence and a commitment to working in a culturally safe and inclusive way, particularly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
* Hold a degree or tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a relevant equivalent (or lesser qualification complemented by substantial relevant experience)

You Will Need To:

* Complete our online application process
* Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process, which will include psychological assessments (if not already obtained)
* Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate
* Hold a current Safe Environments Certificate
* Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver's licence and be willing to drive
* Be prepared to undertake Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training within 6 months of commencing with Junction and complete a 5-day onboarding and induction process.
* Be willing to work flexible hours between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm to meet operational requirements and the practice development needs of TCYWs
* Have the ability to work on-call on a rotational roster
