The Seventh-day Adventist Church (Western Australian Conference) Limited is looking for a dynamic, dependable, and proactive individual who is passionate about the church's camping ministry to assist the manager at Busselton Youth Camp. This position is a part-time position, based at our camp facility in Busselton and consists of an average of 43.5 hours per fortnight. The Assistant to the Manager will perform a wide range of tasks assisting in the day to day operations of the campground. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated individual and will ably navigate competing deadlines with a pleasant demeanour. This varied role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organisational skills, and a hands-on attitude.

The successful applicant will meet this selection criteria:
1. Be able and willing to uphold the values and ethos of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
2. Demonstrated experience in hospitality.
3. Must be able to keep confidences and liaise with clients and the public in a pleasant and professional manner.
4. Hold or be willing to hold a valid Working with Children's Card and complete relevant Child Safety training.
