Title: International Benefits Operations Specialist What You’ll be Doing: The successful candidate will be responsible for escalation handling of employee queries, Workday configurations, supporting payroll preparation, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance across company benefits initiatives. Your Mission: Take the lead on Benefits program initiatives in collaboration with the core Benefits team. Leverage your Workday expertise & collaborate with the Business Systems team to configure and maintain our global benefits and leave programs Ensure the seamless flow of benefits data to our global payroll systems, ensuring accurate deductions and reporting. Serve as the point of escalation for complex Tier 2 employee benefits inquiries, providing efficient and timely resolutions to our valued employees Identify opportunities to streamline benefits workflows, automate tasks, and elevate operational efficiency. Manage benefits procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor relationship management. Uphold the integrity of our global benefits framework are administered in adherence to local AU regulations and company policies. What you'll bring to the table: A robust track record of up to 5-7 years in Benefits operations, HRIS, or similar domains Proven expertise in Workday (especially with configuration & management of benefits absence plans). Strong analytical skills with a knack for dissecting problems, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and collaborate with stakeholders. Well versed in navigating procurement processes, managing vendor partnerships, and handling financial aspects like POs and invoices.
