We are a well established market leader in the Glass Industry. Our clients range from homeowners looking to improve the aesthetics, functionality, or safety of their homes to designers, architects and builders who need reliable service and quality glass. We cover all aspects of glazing and installation of aluminium shopfronts, office partitions, windows and doors on commercial sites and luxury residential homes. We excel in providing quality glass and pride ourselves on our reliable service and turnaround time.
A new position is available for an experienced hands on Operations Manager to coordinate across multiple sites at the same time. This permanent full time position offers a mix of work each day on a range of sites around Sydney and is suited to an experience Glazier.
**Requirements & Duties**:
- Glazier by trade
- Solid all round knowledge of various glass installations - strong on the replacement and aluminium side
- A resourceful person who can bring people together from within our team and your own networks to fill skill gaps as required
- **Must be comfortable to take full accountability of the job**:
- Estimate - read plans - know what is needed to complete the job
- Must be super organised and can cope with changing situations
- Team Player - Mature - Stronger Leader
- Make 100 decisions in a day
- Problem solve
- Review and converse with clients
- Check in with your install team and the office many times a day
- Update our work app
- **Must have the flexibility to assist on the tools when needed**
