Requirements:
* Degree-qualified or similar, with proven leadership experience from a manufacturing background.
* In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and project management.
* Experience and expertise in lean manufacturing, six sigma, and process optimisation.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, production planning tools, and CAD software desirable.
