About the role:
We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and results-driven Retail Account Manager (Part-Time) to manage our current retail partners and spearhead continued expansion across Australia and new markets. Reporting to the CEO, this role is perfect for an experienced retail operator who thrives on building relationships, driving distribution growth, and delivering commercial outcomes.
This is a part-time position (approx. 20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling options: either 4 hours per day across 5 days, or 5 hours per day across 4 days (with Fridays off). You'll play a critical role in ensuring our brand is well-represented, stocked, and growing outside of the Koh website D2C presence.
Key responsibilities:
* Own and manage relationships with key retail accounts including Harris Farm, Woolworths, Aldi, and Amazon
* Lead planning and execution of joint business plans, promotional campaigns, and retail initiatives
* Identify and unlock new distribution opportunities across Australia and the UK
* Monitor sales performance, category trends, and promotional ROI, translating insights into action
* Develop compelling sell-in stories supported by data and consumer insights
* Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure flawless execution
* Negotiate terms, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with commercial targets
What you bring:
* Proven track record in retail account management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods
* Deep understanding of category management, shopper behaviour, and retail dynamics
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in trade spend and promotional planning
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Proficient in analytic tools like Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work independently, juggle competing priorities, and drive outcomes without micromanagement
