Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in recruitment and gain valuable industry experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent across various industries, including Engineering, Healthcare, and IT. They will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, as well as managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

This role offers a structured 13-week onboarding program, which includes training and mentorship from experienced recruiters. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of White Collar Recruitment and learn from their expertise.

* Candidate Sourcing - Utilize our industry-leading database and external sources to find exceptional talent
* Lead Generation - Develop skills to generate high-quality leads without relying on traditional methods
* Candidate Pooling - Manage candidate information effectively using our industry-leading platform
* Screen & interview candidates - Conduct thorough interviews to ensure only the best candidates are presented to clients
* Advertising & Marketing - Learn how to create effective job advertisements that attract top talent
* Manage candidate feedback and relationships - Develop strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and candidates


Requirements:

* Prior customer-facing experience or experience dealing with people
* Ambition and desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence and ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Proficient in Office 365, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
