A role you will loveWe have an excellent opportunity for a talented and inspiring Relationship Manager to join our Perth team.
You will be responsible for managing and further developing a varied client portfolio, fostering client relationships at C-suite level, managing client satisfaction and meeting all client SLAs.
This includes growing your client portfolio within existing clients and new business.
Success in the role will be achieved through a full understanding of the clients' business needs, managing all service delivery requirements and meeting client commitments and milestones.
You will possess the ability to quickly build relationships and credibility, thrive on nurturing your client relationships and delivering a seamless service.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:Assuming overall responsibility for the account portfolioAchieving account retention and revenue growth targetsProactively identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and solutionsDeveloping and managing effective relationships with clientsProviding strategic account planning and executionRepresenting Computershare at events, conferences and client forumsConducting fee reviews and contract negotiationsContributing to budget and forecasting processes What will you bring to the role?
