What you'll do
* Be first point of contact for customer delivery enquiries, urgent requests and escalations
* Schedule and allocate transport orders, liaise with hubs across Australia
* Verify billing, maintain order data, resolve freight issues
* Deliver top-tier customer service to national clients
What you bring
* Logistics, transport or supply-chain admin experience — or willingness to learn
* Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills
* Sharp attention to detail + strong organisational ability
* Ability to start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced environment
