Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Marketing & Communications Executive - Weddings & Events
, based in Sydney. The ideal candidate is a dynamic marketer with a passion for luxury, culture, design, and global events.

In this role, you will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, manage communications across digital channels, and help drive brand visibility and engagement internationally. You will collaborate closely with internal teams - content, PR, partnerships, events, sales, as well as external clients and creators to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.

This role includes supporting events and activations, developing content for social media and storytelling formats, conducting market and trend research, coordinating influencer and media relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing activities for weddings, events, tourism boards, partners, and our global network.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution

* Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and editorial channels.
* Support campaign planning, timelines, partner communication, and delivery of creative assets.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
* Track performance insights to inform content and campaign optimisation.

Events & Experiences

* Assist in the execution and promotion of events, takeovers, fashion activations, tourism partnerships, and business engagements.
* Coordinate logistics: run sheets, RSVPs, guest lists, vendors, media walls, and content needs.
* Ensure seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Communications & Brand

* Support the creation of newsletters, announcements, PR messaging, and partner communications.
* Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure messaging aligns with our luxury positioning.
* Prepare briefing documents, pitch decks, reports, and presentations as needed.

Operational Support

* Maintain marketing tools, trackers, and CRM data.
* Coordinate approvals, updates, content libraries, and administrative tasks to support smooth workflow across teams.

Qualifications

* Proven skills in
market planning, market research, and developing actionable marketing strategies
.
* Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
to collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Experience in
sales and marketing
, supporting campaign execution, lead generation, and brand promotion.
* Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of luxury consumer behaviour.
* Prior experience in events, weddings, luxury marketing, hospitality, or media is highly regarded.
* Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business
, or related field preferred but not essential.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, highly collaborative environment.
* Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, social media platforms, and project management systems.
* A second language (Italian, French, Spanish, Mandarin) is considered a strong advantage.
