Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in rotations across Mort & Co’s integrated supply chain, including core feedlot operations, complementary businesses, and business services
- Engage in elective rotations tailored to your interests within the organisation and industry
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Uphold safety and animal welfare standards throughout all activities
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a related discipline, or completion by end of 2025
- Strong passion for Agriculture, Red Meat, or Feedlotting industry with commitment to ongoing development
- Solid communication skills and intermediate computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Commitment to safety and animal welfare standards
