Responsibilities
* Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
* Generate quotes and follow up with clients once received.
* Implement procedures to ensure the timely execution of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through Salesforce.
* Using Salesforce reports, ensure that all quotes and activities are followed up by the sales department.
* Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works.
* Process, order & manage approved quotes.
* Conduct regular site audits and vehicle inspections.
Qualifications
* Success in this role will rely on your approach to engaging a diverse range of people and a focus on quality service delivery in a highly competitive market.
* No prior Salesforce experience required; training will be provided.
* Experience within the building industry preferred; candidates with backgrounds in other service-based industries also encouraged.
* Engaging, friendly personality and qualified phone manner.
* Strong problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude.
