**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Coordinate HR events and activities, such as training sessions, team-building events, and employee recognition programs.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, employment verifications, and internal announcements.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining supplies.
**To be successful in the role**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
