Program Coordinator
This role empowers students to achieve success and pursue their aspirations through vocational education and training. The successful applicant will have the capacity to maintain and establish partnerships with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), businesses, and other organisations to further opportunities for our students.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for student achievement, strong interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Recent experience leading staff within a VET team is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement high-quality VET programs that meet the needs of students
* Establish and maintain effective partnerships with RTOs, businesses, and other organisations
* Provide leadership and support to VET teachers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality VET programs
* Collaborate with the Deputy Principal and VET and Careers Team to develop and implement VET-related curriculum programs
* Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to promote VET programs and services
