Overview
This role supports the effective management of station facilities assets by coordinating and monitoring maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations. You will oversee preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance, ensuring works are completed on time and in line with contractual, statutory and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
* Maintain asset data integrity, update maintenance records in asset management systems, validate performance data and support reporting processes.
* Coordinate contractors on site, monitor their performance against KPIs, and ensure compliance with PTA policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on incident investigations, asset lifecycle planning, maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance and reliability.
Qualifications
* Trade qualification or experience in multi-disciplinary maintenance or project environments
* Experience coordinating or supervising contractors and maintenance activities
* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices and compliance requirements
* Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
