Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Care Manager to oversee the coordination of bookings, client assistance, and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule bookings with the public and vet clinics
* Assist clients who bring pets to our premises
* Mentor direct reports
* Manage escalated customer enquiries
* Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team
* Prioritize and coordinate resources
* Manage rosters and associated costs
* Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
* Collaborate with interstate counterparts
* Provide backup support to the team
Requirements:
* Passion for animals and understanding of pet aftercare
* Significant experience in a similar leadership role
* Excellent communication skills
* High energy level
* Minimum two years experience in a customer service management role
