Position description
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring shared inboxes
- Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and databases
- Managing tasks and queues based on established processes
- Reviewing case information to support risk assessments
- Processing requests in line with relevant security policies
- Updating and maintaining web-based customer portals and websites
- Drafting and reviewing both internal and external communications
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings with stakeholders
- Providing support to key stakeholders and high-level clients
- Delivering high-level customer service
Key Capabilities
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organisational abilities
