About the Company:
We're the Developer and Builder for all of our projects, ensuring efficient construction methods and fast decision-making.
We have two factories in Wyong manufacturing bathrooms and precast walls. We're a small precast team of 4 and we manufacture 4-5 wall panels / day.
About the Role:
Seeking our next positive, hard-working team member to join our precast wall panel factory in Wyong. Alternate between forming up, steel work and concreting.
* Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am- 2:30pm
* Concreting
* Forming
* Steel Fixing
* Occasional site work
* Operating overhead crane to move panels into storage.
* Unloading supplies and loading panels onto trucks.

Role Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in the precast industry or 5+ concreting/steel-fixing experience in construction.
* Great communication skills.
* Attention to detail is critical.
* A positive, collaborative presence in the factory.
* Driver's licence, basic tools.
* Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
Remuneration and Benefits:
* $70k-85k including all full-time employment benefits.
* Weekly pay.
