About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will:
* Support the daily operations of the centre in line with all Affinity policies, compliance requirements, and financial goals
* Build strong community and family relationships, using your marketing strengths to help grow centre occupancy
* Mentor and guide your team to achieve and exceed the National Quality Standards
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent
* Previously worked in a Centre Manager or leadership role
* Current Working with Children Check
* Proven ability to meet compliance, safety standards, and performance targets
