Coffee Machine Technician – Full Time

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Coffee Machine Technician to join our team on the Gold Coast and Brisbane area. This is a full-time position offering consistent work, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the refurbishing, installation, servicing, and repair of commercial coffee machines across cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, service, and repair commercial coffee machines
* Install and commission new equipment
* Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing
* Refurbish used coffee machines
* Provide excellent customer service on-site
* Maintain accurate service records
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a coffee machine technician with electrical qualifications
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a coffee machine technician
* Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Knowledge of commercial espresso machines like La Marzocco (highly regarded)
* Experience with commercial espresso machines from any brand is acceptable
* Full driver's licence
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
* Good communication and customer service skill
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
