About This Role

This Guest Experience Host Team Leader role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and self-motivation. You'll be responsible for managing the daily activities of our Guest Experience Hosts, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
* Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
* Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
* High levels of computer literacy.
* Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
