What will you be doing?
This is a hands-on, autonomous leadership role where you'll take full ownership of the store's day-to-day and long-term success
Lead, coach and build a high-performing team
Create and nurture a memorable, elevated client experience
Maintain beautiful visual standards that reflect the brand DNA
Collaborate with international head office on store performance
Manage all operational elements including rosters, stock and reporting
Contribute ideas on events, community connection and service evolution
Who are you?
You're a grounded, polished leader with a love of retail and a strong eye for detail
Proven Store Manager or Multi-Site Leader in fashion or premium retail
Calm, composed and thoughtful in your approach to leadership
Customer-first mindset with a natural ability to build loyalty
Driven by standards and team development, not ego or control
Commercial acumen and a passion for product
