About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Videographer / Editor
to join our team on a part time capacity (3-4 days). You'll be a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual communication. This role blends editing responsibilities with on-the-ground videography and production assistance, so we're looking for someone adaptable, self-motivated, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit video content using DaVinci Resolve, incorporating client feedback efficiently
* Conduct Shoots as a lead videographer working with a producer
* Support the AV team across production and post-production phases
* Participate in AV team meetings and agency planning sessions
* Capture b-roll footage at key events and locations
* Contribute strategically to the wider agency team
* Travel to and from shoots in Victoria and interstate
About You
* Creative and analytical
storyteller
* Dedicated and proactive, with a can-do attitude
* High attention to detail
and exceptional file management
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Comfortable working both independently and within a team
* Approachable and open to feedback
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar videography and editing role
* Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (strongly preferred)
* Confident operating Sony camera systems
* Skilled in photo editing and basic design principles
* Experience with colour grading and motion graphics (desirable)
* Strong understanding of file management and post-production workflows
* Experience in post-production supervision (a plus)
* Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
