Key Practice Leader
This role provides expert guidance and development support to management teams.
The individual will assist sales teams with sales activities, including orals, estimations, and Statements of Work. They work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Managing Consultants, acting as a liaison between teams and executive management.
* Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
* Assist in identifying project needs, reducing risk, and developing solutions and strategies.
Sales Support
* Support the RFP response process for consulting work.
* Assist in recruitment, development, and management of a diverse team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
* Drive team performance to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
People Development
* Perform the role of mentor and coach.
* Analyze team skills and provide cross-training to maintain teams' ability to staff projects appropriately.
Performance Management
* Establish direct reports' goals and objectives during reviews.
* Collect performance feedback from customers and engagement/project managers on a regular basis.
Skills And Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience leading remote teams.
* Required characteristics: fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
