Senior Care Support
This role involves providing care and support to residents at a residential home in Wagga Wagga. Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care tasks, creating meaningful connections with residents and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care is provided.
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
* Support residents with their daily routines and provide companionship and emotional support.
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the needs of residents.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
