About the Role
This position involves coordinating maintenance requests and complaints from renters, as well as liaising with Head Contractors to manage community property maintenance.
* Key responsibilities will include supporting maintenance for Disability Homes Victoria and Care Services, leading welfare calls for renters aged 75+ through the Keeping in Touch program, and providing administrative support and processing applications for the Victorian Housing Register.

Furthermore, this role requires a technically minded professional with strong communication skills and a passion for community service. Key skills and qualifications include:
* Ability to interpret and explain technical information
* Experience in property assessment, maintenance coordination, or a similar technical role
* Familiarity with HiiP customer service database (desirable)
* Strong data entry, administrative, and stakeholder engagement skills
* A trade apprenticeship in Plumbing or Electrical, or tertiary qualification in property/construction management (desirable)
