Key Account Manager - Coffee Industry

Creative Activation is a leading innovator in the coffee market, renowned for pioneering cutting-edge solutions. We are seeking a Full-Time Key Account Manager to represent the Nespresso brand across a range of machine retailers.

The primary focus of this role is to engage key stakeholders, including regional area managers, store managers, and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product sales and fostering brand advocacy amongst staff and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Drive sales and brand engagement through strategic partnerships and business development.
* Maintain merchandising standards on Nespresso products, ensuring optimal customer experience.
* Develop strong relationships with key store personnel, delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
* Report and provide feedback on key field insights and activity, informing business decisions.
* Manage a territory of stores across the Greater Melbourne area, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.

Requirements:

* Inspirational leadership style that brings out the best in store staff members and drives exceptional results.
* Driver's license and a car essential for efficient travel between locations.
* Availability: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day each week (exact day negotiable).
* Well-presented professional with excellent communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
* Highly organized and structured individual with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven people person with exceptional service skills, delivering positive outcomes for customers, retail partners, and clients.
* Strong understanding of the sales process, converting customer conversations into sales and driving revenue growth.
