This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to coordinate terminal operations for Australia's Largest Rail Freight Operator, while contributing to sustainable transport solutions.
About the role:
Coordinate daily terminal operations to ensure efficient freight movement
Liaise with train crews, customers, and logistics partners to maintain smooth operations
Monitor and report on operational performance and safety metrics
Support planning and scheduling of container movements
Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Maintain accurate records and documentation
About you:
Experience in logistics, freight, or transport operations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
Safety-focused approach to work
Willingness to work 7 on 7 off roster
Any of the following attributes would be highly regarded
MC licence.

High risk heavy forklift licence.
