We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to join a highly regarded aged care home in a beautiful regional town in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of clinical care, ensuring care plans are tailored to meet residents' individual needs
* Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to achieve high standards of care
* Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards, policies, and procedures
* Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote person-centered care
* Support accreditation processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous experience in a Clinical Care Manager or similar care management role within aged care
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a team
* Comprehensive knowledge of aged care standards, regulations, and accreditation processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about providing quality care to the elderly
* Must have Australian working rights
