Op Shop Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Op Shop Supervisor to lead our team at our Toowoomba store.
* Represent the organisation through your passion for second-hand items, encouraging a positive store atmosphere among your team members.
* Work closely with the Store Manager to support organisational goals and objectives.
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
* Train and support volunteers in their roles.
* Drive sales to achieve set targets and revenue growth.
* Oversee and review all goods for sale in the store, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
* Direct and monitor daily register opening and closing procedures.
* Manage and periodically review the shop's pricing list.

5. High level of organisational skills and attention to detail, with ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
6. Sound computer skills, with proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
7. Proven ability to work well under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to supervise and provide direction to a small team.
