Administration Officer required for a local not-for-profit organisation.

A local not-for-profit organisation who are committed to supporting the local sporting community is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administration Officer to join their small and friendly team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be expected to provide the following administrative support to the management team regarding all the association's accounts and registrations including:
* Working with children's requirements, club affiliations and accreditations.
* Manage all accounts payable, receivable, and be able to report on the association's financial operations.
* Manage all ordering of stock required for the association.
* All customer service duties, including over the phone, face to face and by email.
What you'll need to succeed
* Blue Card.
* Demonstrated administration experience.
* Excel and MS Office intermediate - Advanced.
* Previous experience with accounts payable and receivable.
* National Police check.
