We're seeking experienced individuals to provide high-level care to clients with complex needs.
About the Role:
* Deliver personalised support that enhances wellbeing, dignity, and independence of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
* Domestic support such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Social support and transport to appointments, shopping, and activities
* Assistance with mobility aids and equipment (hoists, wheelchairs, walking frames, etc.)
* Support for clients with complex physical or behavioural needs
* Monitoring client wellbeing and documenting/reporting progress
* Participating in mandatory training
* Availability for shift work including overnights and weekends
You'll Need:
* Cert III Disability or Higher
* Current Australian Federal Police Check
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Own reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
* Smartphone with internet access
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in disability support, particularly with high-intensity or complex care
