* Analysing workforce data, trends and capability requirements to inform evidence-based decision-making.
* Developing and implementing workforce transition programs including role changes, redeployment and reduction programs.
* Implementing change management strategies to support colleague engagement and adoption of workforce initiatives.
* Tracking and reporting workforce transformation metrics to executive leadership.
Requirements include:
* Strong experience in organisational design, operating model development or enterprise workforce transformation.
* Effective collaboration and influencing skills including experience working with senior executives.
* Demonstrated analytical capability with workforce data and insights.
* Experience in change management methodologies and people transition programs.
