Marketing Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated marketing professional to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management:
o Proactively manage all social media accounts, content, and posts.
o Gather, save, tag, and organize buyer profiles in sales navigator and other social media platforms.
o Research and propose ideas to maximize inquiries via social media channels (social selling).
* Website and SEO:
o Research, identify, and propose methods for improving website engagement and traffic.
o Provide ideas and analytics for improving web seo/sem both organic and paid.
o Create landing pages and other marketing tools to drive traffic and capture leads.
* Hubspot Database CRM Cleaning, Maintenance, and Sales Support:
o Continuous cleaning and maintenance of the hubspot crm system under the direction of the vp of sales.
o Weekly identification and prioritization of targeted sales leads in the crm for the vp of sales.
o Identifying kdm "key decision makers" for various customers and entering them into hubspot.
o Importing and/or entering leads from new sources.
o Synchronizing leads between hubspot and constant contact.
o Segmenting leads in crm.
* Constant Contact and Trade Fairs:
o Assisting in trade fair planning and attendance.
o Creating a list of all potential trade fairs and contacts and adding them to the crm.
* News Releases and Blogs:
o Writing and publishing 1 news release and 1 blog per month for media, associations, and prospects.
o Creating news release contacts and companies in the hubspot database.
o Researching and identifying opportunities for publicity.
* Lead Generation:
o Researching and proposing ways to improve lead capture.
