Position Title: Workshop Administrator
SBS Engineering is a locally owned business specialising in Fixed Plant & Mobile Plant Equipment.
As a result of the company's continuous growth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Workshop Administrator to join our team in the Goldfields. This position is a full‑time residential role.

The Role
As the Workshop Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop and supporting our broader administrative functions. You will work closely with our Operations and Project Managers to coordinate workflows and keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
* General Office & Workshop Duties – Provide comprehensive administrative support, including raising purchase orders and following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations
* Mobilisation & Scheduling – Assist with workforce mobilisation, scheduling and planning. Assist with maintaining rosters and coverage
* Data Entry & Record Management – Prepare and maintain accurate job files. Ensure accuracy in all data‑related tasks
* Procurement & Inventory Control – Manage purchasing and stock levels.
* Delivery & Logistics – Organise and track deliveries.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook and Excel.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Strong commitment to safety and alignment with team values.
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
