Customer service and client focus are paramount, and a Fleet Administrator is now required to work onsite at our client's office.
The Role: The Fleet Coordinator will be a highly methodical and personable individual, with keen attention to detail and self-motivation to ensure smooth administration procedures for a major account.
The role is office-based at Iceland Foods head office in Deeside.
The primary goal is to meet customer needs and requirements and ensure the delivery of the service level agreement efficiently and promptly.
The key responsibilities include: Building close relationships with the Iceland Digital Operations Team and VMS Key Account Manager Providing dedicated fleet support for Iceland Stores and Area Managers Managing service closures impacted by van availability Ensuring routine maintenance appointments are attended and managed with stores Managing van locations across the Iceland Store network Facilitating van moves between stores as required Building relationships with Iceland stores and the Area Manager Providing administrative support to the Digital Operations Team Liaising daily between client stores and Fleet Management provider on escalations Handling incoming queries from Iceland Stores and Area Managers Owning and resolving complaints Auditing internal databases and systems Key Skills Required: The ideal candidate will be: Experienced in retail or fleet-related roles Confident in oral and written communication Detail-oriented and technically minded A team player and able to work independently Proficient with computer and communication software, with strong Excel and organizational skills Capable of managing time and workload effectively Proactive, seeking to prevent problems Comfortable working with all levels up to senior management
