Coalfields Mechanical & Towing provides mechanical repairs and maintenance to the mining industry and community. Based in Blackwater, CMT has been operating for 17 years and continues to supply quality workmanship in our industry. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic qualified Windscreen Fitter to join a friendly and hardworking team.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide windscreen / glass repairs and maintenance on light & heavy vehicles based in our Blackwater workshop. We repair a variety of customer's vehicles from large mining fleets to privately owned vehicles.
The successful candidate must be a qualified Windscreen Fitter and keen to work on a large variety of makes and models of light vehicles.
The suitable person would hold the following traits:
- Hold a Certificate III in Automotive Glazing Technology or at least 1 years' experience
- Hold a Current Manual Driver's License
- Ability to work without supervision
- Follow correct procedures and guidelines
- Valuable attention to details
- General housekeeping and workshop maintenance tidiness
- At times, perform tasks outside the scope of this role ie: Deliver customer vehicles
