**The Role - HR & Administrative Assistant**
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager and Business Manager, the HR & Administrative Assistant will provide high-quality support to the Human Resource function of the school and the Business Manager.
**As HR & Administrative Assistant, you will**:
- Administrative and Executive Assistant support to HR Manager and Business Manager
- Set up internal committee meetings, prepare reports, and taking minutes
- Follow up on actions from committee meetings and get back to relevant authorities
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including setting job advertisements and interview scheduling
- Support the development of new HR practices
- Support onboarding of new staff, completing new hire paperwork
- Act as Health and Safety Committee Secretariat
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and overseeing the school's policy and Risk Management platform
**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills & data entry
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable with Mac operating systems, Google documents & Microsoft Office software
- Self-motivated & able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Enthusiastic, team player with high attention to detail and good time management skills
- Ability to investigate & follow-up
- Interest in Human Resources or previous experience in HR
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
