Entry Level Executive Assistant
This role is based in Warrang – Sydney. The position is a 12-month contract, with flexible work arrangements available.
The opportunity
We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record in strategic problem‐solving and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a high‐stakes environment.
Your key responsibilities
* Strategically organize and manage complex diaries, including travel and accommodation
* Expense processing, adhering to firm deadlines
* Meeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and meeting room reservations
Skills and attributes for success
* Minimum 2 years' work experience as an administrative or team assistant, seeking progression to an executive assistant role
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Decisive team player with the ability to navigate multiple teams, using sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
* High motivation and ability to work under pressure while managing stakeholder expectations
Preferred skills and attributes
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and confidence dealing with all stakeholder types
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office and experience with travel bookings, expense processing, customer management and workflow software
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi‐task
* A self‐starter comfortable taking initiative and leading projects to successful completion
