You will train and supervise a dedicated team, guiding them in monitoring patients and implementing interventions to enhance the quality of sleep studies.
Your leadership will ensure that all operational duties are performed efficiently, contributing to an optimal environment for both staff and patients.
In addition to your supervisory responsibilities, you will also engage in other essential duties as needed.
These include participating in patient assessments, assisting with equipment management, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to refine our protocols and practices.

About You We're seeking a dedicated Senior Sleep Technician to enhance our sleep laboratory's effectiveness.

About You: Qualified Professional: Hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant technical discipline, with experience in respiratory or neuro-physiological measurements.Team Player: Proven ability to foster a collaborative team environment while working effectively in emotionally sensitive situations.Empathetic Communicator: Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to working with patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding throughout their care.Self-Motivated Leader: Demonstrated ability to work independently, showing reliability, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of respiratory physiology and therapeutic equipment.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
