An experienced Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of a commercial office fit-out in Broken Hill. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong organisational skills and a proven background in managing high-quality interior construction projects.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Working closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in coordinating trades and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a government environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all on-site operations for a commercial office fit-out
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
* Ensure compliance with WHS, building codes, and government standards
* Monitor program, quality, and budget on site
* Conduct site meetings, inductions, and toolbox talks
* Liaise with consultants, client representatives, and authorities
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
* Experience working on government or high-compliance projects preferred
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and WHS requirements
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage regional projects
* Experience working with construction software's such as Procore, Hammertech
