About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Brisbane‐based, part‐time or full time Survey Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently studying toward a surveying qualification and looking to build a long‐term career in the industry. The role offers the potential to transition into a full‐time Graduate Surveyor position upon successful completion of studies. As a Survey Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced Surveyors, supporting a range of field and office‐based tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

* Performing various types of surveying tasks in both field and office based within a given environment
* Delivering accurate and verified results in a professional manner to the client
* Performing data processing and management tasks
* Assisting with document preparation, including location of existing survey control, safety documentation
* Assisting in the development of new techniques and procedures

* Basic knowledge of surveying principles and practices (preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
* Possess a valid Class C Drivers licence
